Recent Activity​

The Recent Activity view shows recent file uploads and changes in a portal.

Accessing Recent Activity​

  1. Open a portal
  2. Click the History icon (clock) in the toolbar
  3. Or select Recent Activity from the portal menu

Recent Activity Features​

  • View files uploaded in the last 7/30/90 days
  • See who uploaded each file
  • Mark files as read/unread
  • Download selected files
  • Send notifications about specific files

Audit History​

Business & Enterprise

Full audit history is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

The Audit History provides a complete record of all actions taken within a portal.

Accessing Audit History​

  1. Open a portal
  2. Click the portal menu (⋮)
  3. Select Audit History

Tracked Actions​

The audit log records:

  • File uploads and downloads
  • File deletions and renames
  • Folder creation
  • Permission changes
  • Guest invitations
  • Signature requests
  • Task updates

Audit Details​

Each audit entry shows:

  • Date/Time - When the action occurred
  • User - Who performed the action
  • Action - What was done
  • Target - File or item affected
  • IP Address - (if enabled) Source of the action

Filtering Audit Logs​

Filter the audit history by:

  • Action type (upload, download, delete, etc.)
  • Date range
  • User
