Feature Details

Workflow States

  • Standard (Professional): Default workflow states (New, In Progress, Review, Complete, Archived)
  • Custom (Business/Enterprise): Create custom workflows with your own states

Vault Access Logs

  • Basic: View recent activity
  • Extended: Complete audit history with detailed tracking

Support Levels

  • Standard Email: Response within 24-48 hours
  • Priority Email: Response within 4-8 hours
  • 24/7 Dedicated: Immediate response, dedicated account manager

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier:

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new tier
  4. Complete payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading

To downgrade:

  1. Ensure you're within the limits of the lower tier
  2. Go to SettingsSubscription
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
