Workflow States
- Standard (Professional): Default workflow states (New, In Progress, Review, Complete, Archived)
- Custom (Business/Enterprise): Create custom workflows with your own states
Vault Access Logs
- Basic: View recent activity
- Extended: Complete audit history with detailed tracking
Support Levels
- Standard Email: Response within 24-48 hours
- Priority Email: Response within 4-8 hours
- 24/7 Dedicated: Immediate response, dedicated account manager
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher tier:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new tier
- Complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
Downgrading
To downgrade:
- Ensure you're within the limits of the lower tier
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Select the lower tier
- Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
